What payment methods are available?
We accept Credit orDebit card via Paypal and we can also accept cheque (please inform so we can advise payment details)
How old does the child need to be?
The letter is for any age from a 1 day old baby to a 100 year old child at heart
What is the last order date?
The last date to place an order is 18th December (please note we can only post within the UK)
I have more than 1 child to purchase for?
We have 5 styles and 3 different letters, so as long as you are not buying more than 15, each child can receive a different letter
How will my letter be sent?
All our letters are despatched by 1st class post, unless you wish to have recorded which we can arrange at a minimal charge
When will the letters be despatched?
If your order is received before 30th November we will despatch 1st December, if your order is received afterit will be2/3 days after the order is received but before 18th December
